Thermic Edge sample transfer options include Z-shifts, pin lift, standard linear shifts with travel up to 250 mm (10”), outer cradle sample rotation, high precision servo / stepper motors, proximity sensors and micro switches.
Configurations are available for high vacuum, UHV, oxygen, air and corrosive environments, with temperatures up to 1600°C as standard and higher temperatures achievable on request.
