Thermic Edge manufactures a range of vacuum heaters and wafer heaters, including sample heaters, button heaters, all ceramic heaters, nickel chrome heaters, high temperature heaters, PG/PBN heaters, and custom heater designs. Each option is designed to support different temperature ranges, chamber conditions, sample sizes, and process requirements.
The right heater depends on the required operating temperature, sample or wafer size, vacuum conditions, atmosphere, mounting arrangement, and whether the system needs water cooling, rotation, biasing, or a custom holder. Thermic Edge can help match the heater design to the application, whether it is for research, production, deposition, testing, or thermal processing.
Yes. Thermic Edge heaters are designed for vacuum based processes, including high vacuum and specialist chamber environments. Depending on the heater type, they can be used for wafer heating, sample heating, thin film processing, research systems, and applications where stable and controlled heating is required inside a vacuum chamber.
Yes. Thermic Edge can manufacture custom heaters where standard heater designs are not suitable. Bespoke options can include different sizes, mounting styles, sample holders, temperature ranges, material choices, power configurations, and integration with existing vacuum systems or heater stages.
Useful information includes the required temperature, sample or wafer size, vacuum level or process atmosphere, chamber space, mounting requirements, power and control needs, and whether the heater needs water cooling, rotation, sample biasing, manipulation, sample lifting, or any custom fixtures. This helps Thermic Edge recommend the most suitable standard or bespoke heater solution for the customer’s process.
