Vacuum Heaters
At Thermic Edge, we supply cost-effective, high uniformity sample heaters to research and industry for thin film deposition and sample processing. Sample heaters can be supplied with retainers or clips to hold a range of semiconductor wafers or samples.
Vacuum Furnaces
As Vacuum Furnace Suppliers, and we offer a standard range of laboratory Vacuum Furnaces, heating in excess of 2000˚c, to research institutes and universities for thermal processing, annealing, vacuum sintering, and vacuum heat treatment in high purity, clean environment.
Stages
Heaters & samples can be mounted in any orientation and our range of manipulators provides cost effective options for sample rotation, heater rotation, sample transfer and sample / heater positioning. Every stage comes with the necessary power, thermocouple and water feedthroughs.
Graphite
We supply high-quality graphite crucibles and components for high-temperature and corrosive environments. Manufactured from extruded graphite, these products are ideal for use in furnaces, electrolytic cells, and casting processes.
Cubic Silicon Carbide Coatings
Thermic Edge Ltd is the sole manufacturer of high purity Cubic Silicon Carbide (SiC3) and Cubic Titanium Carbide (TiC3) ceramic coatings, that can be applied to purified graphite, ceramics and refractory metal components.
Ceramics
Thermic Edge offers technical ceramics, including Boron Nitride, Aluminium Nitride, and Machinable Glass Ceramics, designed for high-temperature and extreme environments. These materials provide excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and machinability.
ALD Systems
Our single-chamber Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and High-Temperature Annealing system is engineered for up to 8” wafer processing, delivering precise layer growth, defect elimination, and enhanced crystallinity & uniformity—all in one integrated platform.
Cubic Silicon Carbide Coatings
Thermic Edge Ltd proudly introduces the SiC3 CVD Reactor. Made exclusively by Thermic Edge, this advanced Hot Wall Chemical Vapor Deposition system is purpose-built to deliver our unique SiC3 cubic silicon carbide coatings on an industrial scale.
Nickel Chrome Heaters
Designed for high vacuum, inert, or air environments, our NiCr Heaters can be mounted in any orientation, can accommodate direct sample placement and are available in standard sizes from Ø1” to Ø8” or custom shapes on request.
