Drawing below showing heater with additional outer heatshield & water cooling option. This design means that:

  • Outer heatshield improves heater uniformity and reduces heat load on chamber
  • Water cooling using Ø6.0mm tube wrap
  • Connection via 4VCR or swagelok fittings.
  • Can be supplied with flexible bellows
  • Cooling water flow rate 1 ltr/min @ ambient temperature
